Ingredients: 40 ml Dark Rum; 10 ml Lemon Juice; 10 ml Simple Syrup; 20 ml Heavy Cream; 2 dashes Angostura; Ginger Beer; Ice

 Alcoholic Rum

Sweet Sour Bitter Boozy Fruity Herbal

Pour Dark Rum, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup into shaker.
Dry shake for short time.
Add Heavy Cream into the shaker and dry shake once more.
Pour into whiskey styled glass and add ice.
Top up with Ginger Bear.
Stir gently for a bit.
